Britain is to become the first country in the world where the movements of all vehicles on the roads are recorded. A new national surveillance system will hold the records for at least two years

I'm not going to ask you opinion on Bush's authorization to the NSA to spy on us without a warrant. But if you care about yor car being tracked, how about this?
Not sure what you mean about the first part, since Bush has never authorized the NSA to spy on "us". As to the vehicle tracking via GPS, I'm quite aware of it and, I hope it comes as no surprise, quite opposed as well.
